Nighttime dreams speak in symbols, feelings, and fragments.

They don’t always make sense, but they often carry something important.

In dream work, we slow down and explore what your dreams might be saying.

I offer thoughtful interpretation and reflection, grounded in symbol, story, and soul.

You don’t need to remember everything.

You don’t need to arrive with meaning already made.

We begin with what’s there.

You can bring a dream or just a part of one.

I’ll ask a few questions and help you stay close to what the dream offers.

We might notice symbols, patterns, feelings, or links to your waking life.

You are always in charge of what we explore.

Dreams often reveal what’s ready to be seen. They can stir up insight, emotion, or a sense of invitation.

Sometimes they bring comfort. Sometimes they bring clarity.

I have been shaped by the enneagram, mysticism, depth psychology and the wisdom of many contemplative traditions. You don’t need to share my beliefs. This work centers your relationship with the divine as you understand it (or none at all). Bring your spirituality as you experience it.

What you share in dream work stays private.

I follow the same ethical standards you’d expect from any trusted helping role.
