Spiritual Direction is the practice of learning to listen to your own soul.
It’s an intentional, guided conversation that centers your lived experience and the deeper intelligence already at work in your life.
When we sit together, there are two chairs in the room, one for you and one for me. There is also a third presence. The Self, the deeper organizing center of your life that moves you toward wholeness. We pay attention to its movement.
In our sessions, we listen for what repeats, what stirs emotion, and what refuses to be dismissed. We track patterns and name what is taking shape. As those patterns come into view, you begin to recognize your own inner guidance. Trust grows from that clarity.

Carl Jung, Letters, Vol. 1
We start with what’s happening in your life right now. Maybe it’s a dream that stayed with you when you woke up. Maybe it’s a conflict that caught you off guard, or a grief that has changed you. It could be a question that keeps circling back, or a season of transition that feels unsettling and strangely necessary at the same time.
We slow it down and stay with it. Instead of rushing to fix or interpret, we get curious. What does it feel like in your body? What image stands out? What part of you reacted, and why? As we sit with it, patterns begin to emerge. You start to see where your life is asking for attention.
This work draws from Jungian depth psychology. The psyche speaks through image, emotion, longing, resistance, and those moments of synchronicity that make you pause. It has its own language. In Spiritual Direction, you learn how to recognize that language and take it seriously.
Over time, something shifts. You begin to notice your reactions sooner. You feel the difference between impulse and insight. Your choices come from a steadier place. You feel anchored inside yourself, even when the outer world feels harsh and dissonant.
We bring your whole life into the room. Your marriage and your body. Your work and the faith questions that still matter to you. The anger you are trying to sort through. The desire you don’t quite know what to do with. The fatigue that settles deep in your bones. The sense of calling that keeps tapping at the door even when you try to ignore it.
All of it has a place here.
As we talk, we begin to listen for the spiritual thread running through those experiences, the layer where meaning lives and where your life feels most alive and charged with significance. We notice where something feels true. We notice where something feels tight. We stay with it long enough for clarity to form.
Over time, this work deepens your relationship with your own soul and strengthens your capacity for love and compassion. Discernment becomes less abstract and more embodied. You start to recognize what is truly yours, what aligns with your deeper life, and what subtly drains you. That kind of clarity shifts how you move through your life.
In Spiritual Direction, I am not the authority over your life. I am a trained listener, and I know how to pay attention to the images, emotions, longings, and resistance present in your experience. I help you notice your reactions and slow them down enough to understand them.
Discernment becomes practical. You begin asking better questions. Is this truly mine? Is this an old pattern? Is this asking me to grow? Is something here ready to be released?
Over time, you learn to stand back from your own life just enough to see it clearly. You recognize the difference between mental noise and inner guidance. You feel more anchored, more steady, more fully yourself. What grows from this work is not rigid certainty. It is intimacy with your own soul, and a quiet confidence that you can trust it.
I also bring decades of experience as a Tarot reader and formal training in Evidential Mediumship into the Spiritual Direction container. I work fluently with symbol, image, and the language of the unconscious. I understand how both Psyche and Spirit communicate.
My work is grounded in Jungian depth psychology and spiritual formation. Because of this, exploring your nighttime dreams are a part of our work together. I hold a contemplative frame and a psychologically informed one at the same time.
This is guidance through psyche, symbol, and spirit. I bridge depth psychology and lived spirituality. The work is intelligent and embodied. It is mystical and grounded. It honors mystery without losing wise discernment.
Joseph Campbell, Reflections on the Art of Living
You’ve loved, lost, built, endured. You carry experience in your body. You are thoughtful and self-aware, and you know there is more to understand about your own story. This work honors the life you’ve already lived.
You may not fit neatly inside a religious box, but you still care about the sacred. You sense that your life has meaning. You want a way to engage your spirituality that feels intelligent, grounded, and alive. You are willing to explore.
You are not looking for surface answers. You want to understand your patterns, your dreams, your reactions, and your longings. You are open to symbol. You are willing to look inward with honesty. You want lasting clarity.
Spiritual Direction is collaborative. You bring your real life into the space. You reflect. You notice. You stay with the process even when it stretches you.
This is not passive work.
It asks something of you.
You are comfortable holding both insight and intuition. You respect depth psychology, and you are also open to dream work, Tarot, astrology, or mediumship when they serve the process. You don’t need everything explained away.
You want it integrated.
You want someone who can hold complexity. Someone who can name patterns clearly and lovingly. If you’re looking for a grounded, psychologically informed, intuitive, spiritually mature guide, we will likely resonate.

Every new relationship begins with a conversation. The Discovery Call is a free online twenty-minute meeting where we get to know each other. You share what’s bringing you here right now, and I give you a clear sense of how I work.
I’ll explain the structure of Spiritual Direction, what commitment looks like, and how we build depth over time. You’ll get a feel for my presence and my pace. You’ll discover whether my way of listening is what you are looking for in a guide.
At the end of our call, we pause and discern. If it feels like a good fit, we move forward with intention. If not, you leave with greater clarity about what you are looking for.
