Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a place to pause.
You bring what’s stirring. I offer presence, perspective, and gentle guidance. Together, we listen for what’s true for you.

This work is for those who want to reconnect with their inner wisdom. You may be grieving, changing, searching, or simply needing a space to be heard without fixing or performing. We meet regularly, or occasionally, to tend the deeper layers of your life.

You don’t have to explain everything. You just have to show up as you are.

Each session is 50 minutes.

We might begin with a short reading or a few moments of quiet.

You bring whatever feels present: grief, transition, dreams, uncertainty, or a question that keeps returning.

I listen with care and offer reflection when it feels useful. I hold space for your inner life, your longing, and the wisdom already within you.

This work is a form of compassionate support and soul care.

It offers clarity, grounding, and emotional presence.

You set the pace. I walk alongside you.

I have been shaped by the enneagram, mysticism, depth psychology and the wisdom of many contemplative traditions. You don’t need to share my beliefs. This work centers your relationship with the divine as you understand it (or none at all). Bring your spirituality as you experience it.

This work is private, ethical, and rooted in respect.

I follow the same standards of care you’d expect in any trusted helping profession.

What you share stays between us, within legal limits.

I also engage in ongoing training and spiritual care of my own.
