The path that led me here

At fifteen, I sat cross-legged on my bedroom floor with my first Tarot deck. What began as curiosity turned into a glimpse of the deep wisdom we all carry, and it set my life in motion.

Raised Baptist on the industrial edge of the Appalachian hills, I grew up surrounded by faith and story. That foundation shaped my call to serve and later guided me into nearly twenty years of congregational ministry as a Unitarian Universalist Religious Educator.

Over time, my way of listening began to change. I had spent years speaking the language of the mind, but my soul has always had an Appalachian accent. Training in Spiritual Direction and Dream Work taught me to pay closer attention to symbols, to intuition, to the ways Spirit speaks in everyday life.

Listening Beneath the Surface

Later, work as a Green Burial Steward took me into prairie and woods, tending graves and walking the land. My listening deepened. Mediumship found me there, naturally and without effort.

The Work I Do Now

These days my work centers on the contemplative path of Spiritual Direction, informed by Jungian psychology and mysticism. I help people encounter Spirit through conversation, through dreams, and through the bonds of love that remain even after death. Some sessions happen in my cottage. Some happen online. Wherever they unfold, the heart of it is the same: a space to slow down, listen for Spirit, and live a soul-led life.

How I work

Everything I do starts with listening.

Sometimes that means talking through a dream. Sometimes it’s sitting with emotional pain or grief. Sometimes it’s reaching for someone who has died. However it shows up, we slow down and listen together.

Most people find me when life has changed in a way they didn’t expect and they’re trying to make sense of it. Maybe someone they love has died. Maybe something important has ended or begun. Maybe they feel disconnected and want to feel whole again.

You don’t have to carry that alone. Our time together gives you space to breathe, reflect, and begin to understand what this season of your life is about. The space I offer is warm and steady. We take our time. I bring decades of ministry, intuitive practice, and deep listening to each session.

My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, more supported, more at peace with where you are, and with a clearer sense of where you are going.

Finding Your Path Forward

Life speaks in many ways. Through dreams, through grief, through moments that stay with us.

I first learned this with a Tarot deck as a teenager, and I have seen it ever since in the lives of the people I work with.

My work is about helping you slow down, listen, and find meaning in what your soul is already showing you.
