The Guided Path

The Guided Path is a self-paced offering that helps you get oriented when you're looking for the path forward.

It includes two core offerings:

• Field Guides — digital courses focused on a specific theme or spiritual practice
• Field Notebooks — printable companion workbooks with questions and deepening prompts

These resources help you listen inward, notice what's shifting, and begin to name your own spiritual voice. You can start at any time, move at your own pace, and return whenever you're ready for the next step. Many who begin with The Guided Path later choose to deepen their journey through a group experience or long-term Spiritual Direction.

The Guided Path is flexible and personal. You choose the Field Guide that resonates, receive it right away, and work through the content with your Field Notebook beside you.

Each guide includes:

A printable Field Notebook to reflect and track what you’re noticing

Invitations to observe what’s surfacing in your daily life and spiritual imagination

You can move through one guide or many.
