Yes! If you're resident of Northeast Ohio, you can book an in-person session at my private office. When you choose this option, you'll get access to a Request for Location Address form. Otherwise, all sessions happen via Zoom.

Yes! Study members can book additional one-on-one sessions whenever needed. Just log in and choose "Schedule an Additional Session" in the portal.

Everything you’ve purchased or subscribed to (except for Messages & Meaning or Symbol & Soul sessions) lives in your Client Portal. Just log in from the navigation menu or the link below to access your dashboard.

If you’ve previously booked a reading and want to return for another series, you can do that here.

Please note: I can’t access your billing details or stop a payment for you. Those settings live inside your unique, private login and can only be managed by you.

If you’ve purchased a reading package (like Messages & Meaning or Symbol & Soul), you can use your link inside your email inbox to schedule all three sessions at your own pace.

Of course! You’re welcome to book ahead, but I recommend leaving space between sessions to reflect and let the work settle.

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session through your confirmation email. If something urgent comes up, you can always contact me directly.

Yes. The Study is my primary offering for long-term guidance. If you’re looking for a different structure, email me at bethany@bethanysward.com, and I’ll help you find the best fit.

Yes! My sessions are flexible and can weave together Dream Work, Intuitive Guidance, and Spiritual Direction—whatever feels most relevant to you in the moment.

Possibly. Since my work is highly personalized, I don’t offer standard gift certificates. But if you know someone who would be a good fit, reach out at bethany@bethanysward.com, and we can discuss options.

The Study begins with a three-month commitment so we can build real relationship together. After that, you’re welcome to cancel if it no longer feels aligned. I just ask that we have a quick conversation first. Just reach out through the Contact Form, and we’ll talk it through together.
